Target Market

"Every individual has their own journey."
 

The ideal market for my CAPS project is Indiana University Indianapolis students. Preferably, these students will be of the age 18-23. There will be no specific gender targeted for this service, however, this service will mainly be focused on behaviors. There is no one trigger for poor mental health. Every individual has their journey. Because of this, the service will also be targeted towards IU Indy students at specific periods throughout the year. For example, this service will be marketed hard around mid-term and final exam season.

The personality of the students that will be targeted for this service are those searching for help. Since this is a therapy service, all are welcome. Also, students who are too shy to schedule a therapy appointment will be targeted for this service. They can see other students’ struggles, see a therapist’s advice for said struggle, and hopefully get the rewards of therapy without actually meeting with a staff member of CAPS.
