For the metrics focus of my CAPS service, I will track patient numbers as well as views on two social media platforms. On Instagram, we will see how many interactions we can get with the public, and then compare them with advances in the CAPS patient volume. If the numbers are high in both social media views and patient volume, then we will know our plan is working well.

When focusing on the contingency aspect of the CAPS service, we will try to be positive when considering social media. If our social media platforms do not reach a high number, we will start sending sponsored ads on Instagram that will be directed toward a close radius, and that radius will be on campus. This will also be done with TikTok. For TikTok, we can reach out to a social media influencer at IU Indy, and they can post about CAPS services and how they helped them throughout their life. Social media influences do not happen overnight, so if, at first, the platforms are not bringing patient volumes, we will still strive to reach our goals.
